She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dorris "Onie" Mae Smith Foster, Mattie Gerline Smith and Harold "Buster" Morgan Smith; and her parents, Joseph "Bosh" Marshall Smith and Ira Mae Brinlee Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Lindy Lee Harris; and her children, Sharon Lee Harris Draper, Michael Dean Harris (Kathy) and Stephen DeWayne Harris. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
