He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Higgins Shelton Rackley; his son David (Sharon); his stepdaughters, Paige Shelton Koch (Jeff) and Meredith Shelton Neal (Brian); his grandchildren, Jonathan Rackley, Riley Neal (MaKenzi), Jack Neal, Brandon Koch, Jennifer Rackley and Landry Neal; his nephew Jerry Rackley, Jr. (Lisa); his great-nieces, Erica, Emma Rackley Higgs (Blake) and Elise of Stillwater, OK.; his friends, Bob and Dorothy Bishop; and also Bro Jimmy Tarrant.
