She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stephens and Dela Stephens; her daughter Glenda C. Cook; and her sister Margie Turner. She is survived by: her sons, Billy C. Cook and Steve W. Cook; her brother William Stephens (Bo); and her grandchildren, Amy Cook, Heather Cook, Maya Thompson, Ian Thompson, Carl Cook, Kaitlyn Cook, Beth Meek and Chris Bowman.
