With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dessa Jean Adams (Van Alstyne, Texas), who passed away on May 24, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mothers, Shirley Powell and Ethel Powell; her husband Bob Adams; her son Larry Gene Adams; and her siblings, Edward Powell, Fletcher Powell, Dub Powell, Tillman Powell, Mary Francis, Carrie Ruth Sanborn, Catherine Powell and Freida Cantrell.
She is survived by: her daughter Glenda Bridges (Mike); her grandchildren, Misty Humphries (Scott) of Anna, Larry Wayne Adams (Lynn) of Van Alstyne, Tiffany Drymalski (Andy), Bobbie Lee Adams (Penny) of Akron Ohio, Nicholas Adams (Kassie) of Ogema Wisconsin, Erica Henderson, Angela Waldschmidt, Shane Waldschmidt (Jillian) of La Marque, TX and Dr. Autumn Ferguson (Matt); her brother Kenneth Powell; and her brother-in-law Curtis Poteet. She is also survived by 17 Great grandchildren.
