It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Ann Willoughby (Van Alstyne, Texas), born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Frank and Rae Christine Hays; and her brother Jim Hays. She is survived by: her husband Richard Willoughby; her children, Matthew (Toni Willoughby) and Kamra (David Reid); and her grandchildren, Kaytlynn, Kyle, Elizabeth, Isabelle, Remington Willoughby, Graysen, Landon and LaurenReid.
