Betty Chidress Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2018, at the age of 78, Betty Chidress (Van Alstyne, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Charles McTee and Ken McTee. She is survived by: her husband Bob of Van Alstyne; her daughter Laura of Van Alstyne; her siblings, Don McTee (Linda) of Aransas Pass, Glenn McTee (Mary Ann) of Palestine, Nita McCullough (John) of Pottsboro, Rita Parris (Ronald) of Irving and Sue Gaskill (Glenn) of McKinney; and her nephew Aunt. She is also survived by her grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers and to share Betty's devotion to education and her church, the family requests donations be made to either the Van Alstyne Education Foundation or First Baptist Church Building Fund.
