He was predeceased by: his parents, W. E. "Eddie" Williams and Maerene Williams; his cousin Sally Wright Steiner; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Willie Faye Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. Williams; his son W. E. "Eddie" Williams, III; his daughter-in-law LeAnn; his daughter Ginger Williams (Brad Parks); and his grandsons, W. E. "Cort" Williams, IV, Knox Douglas Williams and Esteban Sanchez (Diana Clavell).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bill DeBerry Funeral Home (2025 W University Dr, Denton, TX 76201). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (1203 Fulton St, Denton, TX 76201). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 10:30 AM at 711 S Carroll Blvd, Denton, TX 76201.
