He is survived by: his spouses, Ruth Evelyn Wilson and Ruth McGaugh; and his children, Sissy Carter, Steven McGaugh (Linda), Timothy McGaugh (Jana), Joy Puente and Roy McGaugh (Sara). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
