It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Lou Rushing of Valley View, Texas, born in Vicco, Kentucky, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Sumner and Lena Smith Sumner; her daughter LaDonna Clark; and her brother Raymond Sumner. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Clark and Alaina (Jon Dugger); her siblings, Shirley (Bobby Stringfellow), Mary Ann Roark of Ada, OK, Pamela Clark of Boliver, TX and William (Terrie Sumner); her grandchildren, Shelbee, Hailee and Journe; her great grandchildren, Dallas, Cason, Jacelynn and Haelynn; her son Billy Clark; and her pet Ritz.
