It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Hudspeth (Valley View, Texas), born in Gainesville, Texas, who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Edward and Ruby Golden Hudspeth (Sherrill); his brother C. E. Hudspeth; and his grandparents, Clifford, Isa Hudspeth, Dave and Flarida Sherrill.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Chisam Hudspeth of Valley View; his daughters, Janet Schobelock (Tom) of Garland and Susan Smith (David) of Callisburg; his grandchildren, John Terry (Morgan), Hillary Terry, Hayden Terry (Chelsea), Andrew Schobelock and Annie Schobelock; his great grandchild Paxton Terry; his sister-in-law Nora Hudspeth of Denton; his niece Vickie Baker; and his nephews, Paul Hudspeth and Dale Hudspeth. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
