He is survived by: his wife Irma Charlene Lower of Valley View; his sons, Roger Lower (Carlene Lower) of McKinney, TX and Mitchell Lower (Kim Lower) of Allen, TX; and his granddaughters, Carson Lower and Taylor Lower Blankenship (Jackson Blankenship).
