He is survived by: his wife Neta Dobbs; his children, Lisa Allen (David) of Montgomery, Lori Hicks (Peter) of Trophy Club, Timothy Dobbs (Donna) of Valley View, James Dobbs (Beth) of Johnsons City and Tenn; and his brother David Dobbs.
