He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Riddle and Loretta Riddle (Hart); and his siblings, Brian, Bruce, Kenneth and Loriann Riddle Fain.

He is survived by: his children, Crystal Riddle, Shane Michael Riddle, Billy Joe Riddle, Jr., Misty Riddle Gentry, Candace Riddle, April Riddle and Kaylee Renee Riddle; his siblings, Suan Riddle Collins (Randy), Gary Riddle and Kevin Riddle (David Vaughan); and his siblings-in-law, Henry Fain and Jeannie Riddle. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cooper Creek Cemetery (4582 Fishtrap Rd, Denton, TX 76208).
