She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Block and Pauline Block (Laux); her husband John Kuntz; and her siblings, Wilbert Block (Sonny), Gene Block and Evelyn Fuhrmann.
She is survived by: her son Mark Kuntz of Valley View; and her sisters, Elfrieda Wagner of Perry, OK and Alice Looney of Fort Worth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
