He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hoover; his children, Sara Winship (Nathan), Jessica Isbell (Adam), Joshua Hoover (Alex), Samuel Hoover (Tara), Emily Finstad (Daniel) and Ethan Hoover (Natalie); his brothers, Tom Hoover and Terry Hoover; and his great-aunt Pat Smith.
