He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neuman and Leona Neuman (Westerfield); and his brother Ray Neuman. He is survived by: his wife Rosy; his daughter Rebecca Neuman Jones (Steven Jones); his grandsons, Seth Jones and Evan Jones (Candice); his great grandchildren, Jayna and Josie Jones; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanetta Neuman, Helen Hoffmann (Carroll), Emy Stubblefield and Irene Merz (Tracy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
