Marvin Rule Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marvin Rule of Valley Mills, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marvin Rule to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rule and Jessie Rule (Cantrell); his wife Kathryn Rule of Valley Mills; his children, Belinda Waters (Keith), Scott Rule (Mary), Kevin Rule (Christy), Todd Rule and Tracy Borom (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kaila, Derek Smith, Benjamin Waters, Brandon Rule (Madison Walker), Joshua Rule (Megan Murrell), Logan Rule, Owen Rule, Josie Rule, Kalie, Ryan Ellinger and Gracie Borom; and his great grandchildren, Kyndall, Bailey, Colt, Cannon and Cash. He was also cherished by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery Association or to a local charity of their choice.
