He is survived by: his wife Bianca Ann Hampton of Valley Mills, Texas; his brothers, Andre and Travis Qualls of Virginia; his stepbrother Michael Williams of Virginia; his parents, Phillip Qualls and Lisa Hampton-Qualls of Virginia; his grandparents, Leon Hampton of Louisiana and Edna Hampton of Virginia; and his aunts and uncles, Anita Hampton, Carol Qualls, Andrew Qualls and Tyrone Qualls. He is also survived by Uncle to his precious nephews, and loving his family and friends.
