He was predeceased by: his father Ernest E. Lowe Sr.; and his brother Ernest E. Lowe Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Peggy Lowe (Rhonda Hill Lowe) of Valley Mills, TX.; his children, Christopher Rice, Justin Lowe, Hunter Lowe, Amanda Ondruch, Mindy Marcantel (Micheal), Chasity Marcantel (Chris) and Tabitha Hyder; his siblings, Wayne Lowe (Diane) of Streetman, TX., Cheryl Kimmel (Richard) of Gatesville, TX and Wendy Lowe of Punta Gorda, FL.; and his stepchildren, Dakoda, Kayla and Savannah. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
