It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Lee Smith (Valley Mills, Texas), born in Bovina, Texas, who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norma Lee Plummer (Wilson) and Frank Jessie Clements; her children, Ronald Smith (Bucky), Rebecca Smith (Becky) and Bucky; her husband Cyril E. Smith (Gene); and her grandson Joshua Smith (Ty).
