He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Banks and Doris Banks (Whited). He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his son Billy Banks (Brittany); his granddaughters, Briella and Bailee Banks; and his siblings, Bennie Whited, Kenneth Whited, Sinda Castillo and Versi Banks.
