He was predeceased by: his stepfather Tommy Spillar; and his grandparents, Luther, Claudie Pursley, Mary Lou, Billy Peterson and Valerie Smith.
He is survived by: his former wife Vicky Smith; his fiancée Debbie Spradlin; his partner's children, Chase Baxter and Nichole Carnes (Kyle); his mother Nelta Spillar; his brothers, Mark and Michael Wallace; his nephew Brandon Johnson (Marium); his niece Melanie (Johnny); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucas and Hayden; his parents-in-law, Bill and Ruth Smith; his brothers-in-law, Dave Mullen and Steve Smith (Becky); his nephews, Colton Smith and Jacob Smith (Hannah); his niece Audra Smith (Mike); and also, Lauren, Bailee and Jadyn. He is also survived by many friends and family.
