He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Eugene and Estella Smith (Kliebrink); his daughter Rebecca Elaine Smith (Becky); his grandson Joshua Ty West; his spouse Frankie Lee Smith (Clements); and his son Ronald Smith (Bucky).
