He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Sparks Kramer; his brother Bobby Kramer (Linda) of Uvalde; his daughters, Charla Garcia (Robert) of Uvalde, Misti Fuentes (Gabriel) and Amy Kramer of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Megan Fuentes of Austin, Hayden Fuentes of San Marcos, Bailey Guerrero (Edward) of San Antonio and Hannah McFarlen (Leelynn) of Corpus Christi; his great grandchild Kessler McFarlen; his nephews, Leslie and Robert Kramer; and his niece Cheryl Watts.
