He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Perez; his sons, Roy Flores Jr. (Bernice) of Andrews and Jared P. Flores (Daniella) of Uvalde; his siblings, Beatrice Gutierrez of San Antonio, Anita Ybarra of Georgetown, Olga Martinez of Merkel, Rosa Rodriguez of Uvalde, Yolanda Garcia of San Antonio, Alicia Castillion of La Grange, Rachel Rangel of Uvalde, Ruben Flores of Uvalde and Bobby Flores of Ft. Worth; and his grandchildren, Brandon Flores, Ryan Flores, Emma Flores, Justin Flores, Darren Garcia, Loton Garcia, Jagger Garcia and Ellowyn Flores.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary (220 S Getty St, Uvalde, TX 78801). A rosary will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (408 Fort Clark Rd, Uvalde, TX 78801).
