With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reynaldo Cardona Chapa Jr. of Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on November 6, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paula Maria (Cardona) and Reynaldo Chapa, Sr.; his former wife Lucy R. Chapa; and his daughter Sandy Chapa. He is survived by: his wife Silvia Vergil; and his children, Diana Chapa of Uvalde, Roxanne Hernandez of Uvalde, Leticia Tobar of Uvalde, Reynaldo Chapa III of Rocksprings and Sammy Chapa of Uvalde. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
