She was predeceased by: her parents, Genoveva Mancha (Sifuentez) and Cleto Mancha; her spouse Acension Ruiz; her children, Bertha Alicia Garcia, Bobby Ruiz and Acension Ruiz, Jr.; and her siblings, Anastacia Mancha, Tina Rangel, Evaristo Mancha, Juan Mancha and Edwardo Mancha.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Velasquez of Uvalde and Joe G. Ruiz (Ada) of Castroville; her siblings, Refugia Aguilar of Arlington, Josefina Cervantez of Uvalde and Cleto Mancha of Wisconsin; and her grandsons, Alfred Velasquez, Jr., Frankie Velasquez, Ruben Garcia, Carlos Garcia, Jacob Garcia and Sergio Ruiz. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
