It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margo Brockette Cowan of Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Methodist; her siblings, Marlin, Fran, Mary Ruth and Claude; her siblings-in-law, Mary Brockette and Bill Cruise; and her daughter-in-law Ollie Cowan.
She is survived by: her husband James L. Cowan; her family Jill (Steve Stoy); her children, Jim Cowan (Bill) of Houston, Bill Cowan (Beverly) of Sherman, Bob Cowan (Linda) of Bixby, Okla, Jack Cowan (Peggy) of San Angelo and Jill Stoy (Steve) of Uvalde; her grandchildren, Channing Cowan (Marta), Susan Miller (Mark), Jerry Pruitt (Sandra), Kelley Bliznak (John), Bobby Cowan (Angel), Daniel Cowan (Amanda), Alana Gatto (Jody), Amy Falkenberg (Nyland) and Margo McElroy (VJ); her great grandchildren, Bella, Stephen, Anthony, Gina, Christopher, Mark, Adam Gatto, Gage Falkenberg, William, Kate, Amelia McElroy, Aiden, Bennett, Cooper Cowan, Victoria, Natalie Bliznak, Steven and Austin Miller; her sister-in-law Bennie Brockette of Katy; and also, Alana, Amy and Margo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
