She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Katherine (Wubbenhorst) and John Fred Beerbohm; and her husband Ernest Tafolla Castro. She is survived by: her children, Maria Hawkins (Bob) of Albuquerque, Cindy Baxter (Kerry) of Uvalde and Geoff Castro of Uvalde; her siblings, Janet Lemp of Phoenix, Arizona and John Beerbohm (Joyce) of McCook, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Jon Hawkins (Tracey) of Albuquerque, Heather Hawkins of Albuquerque, Jennifer Rendon (Robert) of Corpus Christi, Brandon Baxter (Tara) of Uvalde, Lucas Baxter (Crystal Vasquez) of Cuero, Mary Baxter (Geno Harris) of San Antonio and Cheryl Baxter of Uvalde; and her great grandchildren, Bree, Taya Hawkins of Albuquerque, Madison, Wyatt, Jase Rendon of Corpus Christi, Alayna, Elijah and Amaiyah Harris of San Antonio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
