She was predeceased by: her parents, Petronila Rangel (Fiero) and Fernando Rangel; her granddaughter Nelsy Azeneth Chacon Valdez; and her great grandchild JoyLynn Rangel. She is survived by: her husband Mario Chacon; her children, Rosalinda Chacon of Eagle Pass, Norma Chacon of Uvalde, Lorena Barrera (Eloy) of Uvalde, Irma Chacon Barrera (Manuel Vasquez) of Uvalde and Mario Chacon, Jr. (Raquel) of Uvalde; and her siblings, Martina Cardona of Washington, Maria Elena Rangel of Piedras Negras, Mexico, Leonor Rangel of Piedras Negras, Mexico and Fernando Rangel of Uvalde. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
