He is survived by: his wife Maria Velasquez Solis of Uvalde; his children, Jeannette Solis of Uvalde, Luis Solis (Laura) of Uvalde, Gilbert Solis of Uvalde, Eric Solis of Uvalde and Sergio Solis (Brenda) of San Antonio; his siblings, Graciela Sanchez (Hector) of Uvalde, Jesus Solis Sanchez of Saltillo, Mexico, Gabriel Solis Sanchez of Saltillo, Mexico, Alejandro Solis Sanchez of Saltillo, Mexico and Sergio Solis Sanchez of Saltillo, Mexico; and his grandchildren, Sophia Solis, Mariah Jaelyn Ovalle, Makaylah Ovalle, Samantha Christine Solis, Jennifer Alexis Solis, Sergio Solis, Jr., Cierra Lynn Solis, Julian Alexander Solis, Leighla Sierra Solis, Isabella Rose Solis, Jaelei Solis, Aryanna Marie Eades and Christian Isaiah Eades.
