He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Garza Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Maria Guadalupe Flores Graza; his brother Orlando Garza Sr.; his sister-in-law Beatrice Garza of New Braunfels; his nephew Orlando Guadalupe Garza Jr.; and his niece Emmy Garza.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Funeral Home (424 Geraldine St, Uvalde, TX 78801). A rosary was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (408 Fort Clark Rd, Uvalde, TX 78801).
