With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Moreno of Uvalde, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2023 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luisa Ramos (Uriegas) and Martin Vara Ramos; her spouse Merejildo Moreno; her sisters, Luisa Trevino, Guadalupe Tobias and Rosalia Castanuela; her granddaughter Brenda Mireles; and her great grandchild Jacob Soto.
She is survived by: her children, Delia Flores (Alfredo) of Uvalde, Dora Elia Flores (Felix) of Dickinson, Henry Moreno (Yolanda) of Santa Fe, Jesus Moreno (Tina) of Pasadena, Jose Moreno (Maria) of Lawton and Ricardo Moreno (Renee) of Austin; her son-in-law Rufus Vega of Angleton, Texas; and her daughter Maria Ramirez of Uvalde. She is also survived by 42 granndchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 36 great- great grandchildren; one great-great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
