She was predeceased by: her parents, Cruz Vara (Gustamante) and Sebastian Vara; her husband Margarito Losoya; and her children, Roberto Losoya and Otila Torres.
She is survived by: her sons, Margarito V. Losoya, Jr. of Uvalde and Jesse Losoya of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
