She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Chapoy (Vasquez) and Jimmy A. Chapoy; and her niece Jasmin V. Chapoy. She is survived by: her brother Jimmy Chapoy, Jr.; her niece Alyssa Chapoy; and her nephew Benjamin Santiago Chapoy of Uvalde. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sacred Hearth Catholic School, Uvalde Dual Language Academy and Batesville School.
