He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Jane Hampton; his parents, David Gulley and Elizabeth Gulley; his brother Haygood Gulley; his siblings-in-law, Charles Hampton and Mildred Hampton; and his nephew Duane Fisher.
He is survived by: his son Cameron Gulley; his daughter-in-law Alexandra; his grandson Alexander Wesley Gulley; his sister Clarice Gulley Fisher-Arnold; his sisters-in-law, Esther Reed and Janet Hampton; and his nieces and nephews, Clarisa Darby, Elisabeth Geister, Lee Ann Rader, Seana Zagar Searcy, Shana Haines, Alicia DeSario, Dean Fisher, David Fisher, Dale Edward Hampton, Shane Hampton and Todd Reed.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary (220 S Getty St, Uvalde, TX 78801). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Uvalde Cemetery W. Main.
He was a graduate of the National Judicial College as well as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
