He is survived by: his parents, Lorraine Florek and Clarence Florek of New Port Richey, Florida; his wife Dora Martinez of Uvalde; his children, Art "Tito" Sanchez, Jr. of Park City, Illinois, JoAnn Cordova (Michael) of Gurnee, Christina Florek (Tim) of Kenosha, Kathryn Florek (Dimitra) of Gurnee and Cristela Leipzig (Hannah) of San Antonio, Texas; his siblings, Debra Bradshaw of Park City, Illinois, Dale Florek (Terri) of Round Lake and David Florek (Mary) of Bristol, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Daelynn, Makayla, Matthew, Addison, Kenzie, Colton and Malaya; and his great grandchild Bobbi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
