She was predeceased by: her parents, Lidia Valle (Garcia) and Braulio M. Valle; her husband Vicente Salazar; her son Juan Francisco Salazar; her grandson Michael Salazar; her great grandchildren, Layla Marie Salazar and Jaelyn Jimenez; and her siblings, Amanda Garcia, Isabel Garcia, Braulio Valle, Jr., Leopoldo Valle, Jose Valle and Ernesto Valle.
She is survived by: her children, Irma Velos (Raymond) of Uvalde, Blanca Martinez (Ezequiel) of Uvalde, Abel Salazar of Uvalde and Vincent Salazar, Jr. (Alma) of Uvalde; and her siblings, Amelia Avendaño of Uvalde, Diane White (Billy) of La Pryor, Alfredo Valle (Carmen) of La Pryor and Humberto Valle (Gloria) of Elgin, Illinois. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
