It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Kelley of Utopia, Texas, born in Medina, Texas, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife JoEllen Smith Kelley of Utopia, Texas.; his stepchildren, Deborah Smith Atkins (Mike) of Franklin, MerriJo Smith Johnson, Richard Smith (Margaret) of Canyon Lake and Jenny Smith Callison (Curtis) of Freeport Florida; his brother Linden Kelley; his grandsons, Jeff Clawson (Ashley), David Clawson of Georgetown, Hunter Atkins (Allison) and Tanner Atkins of Franklin, Tennessee.; his former wife Allene Triggo Kelley; his parents, O. H. Kelley and Clara Kelley of Medina, Texas.; and his siblings, Olin Kelley and Eva Dene Kelley Murphy.
