William Esau Laxton Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Esau Laxton of Universal City, Texas, who passed away on September 24, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Esau Laxton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Esau Laxton and Mertie West Laxton; his wife Rosalie Hollenbeck Laxton; his siblings, Wilbert Laxton, Dilbert Laxton, Thurman Laxton, Lester Laxton, Jack Laxton, Nesby Lee Pemberton, Evelyn Jeffers, Doris Thompson and Dolores Terry; and his son William "Bryan" Laxton.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Emily Sexton, Verlie Jo Byrd and Mollie Cooper; his stepdaughters, Melba Eads and Dor; and his grandchild Checote. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be sent to St. Jude's Hospital and Wounded Warriors.
