William Angelo Dimitroff Obituary
William (Bill) Angelo Dimitroff, age 69, of Live Oak, Texas passed away on Saturday May 16, 2020. Bill was born January 7, 1951 in Toledo, Ohio to Angelo and Evanka (Eneff) Dimitroff.
Bill entered the United States Air Force in 1976 and spent 16 years on active duty. During his time he earned numerous decorations for outstanding leadership and performance as a Behavioral Scientist. Throughout his career, he supported many classified programs that were on the cutting edge of our nation's defense effort. After he separated from the Air Force Bill continued to make significant contributions to our national defense while working for several of the nation's top defense contractors including Northrup-Grumman, McDonnell Douglas, Boeing and Raytheon. Bill graduated from the University of Toledo (OH) and the University of Colorado at Boulder, both of which are flagship research institutions. He held two Master's degrees.
Bill loved to play the guitar and banjo and he enjoyed painting pictures of flowers.
Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Pamella; daughters Regina Somogyi (Jon) and Amanda McDonald; sister Kathleen Dimitroff; brother Michael Dimitroff; mother Evanka Dimitroff; and aunt Panka Eneff.
He was preceded in death by his father Angelo Dimitroff, and son Nicholas Dimitroff.
