It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Cecil Jackson (Universal City, Texas), born in Terra Alta, West Virginia, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Patti Jackson; his children, Jay Jackson (Stacie), Tracy Wehmeyer (Steve) and Britt Kelley (Jim); his grandchildren, MaryAnn Jackson, Jackson Wehmeyer (Mackenna), Sam Wehmeyer (Whitney), Mary Pat Wehmeyer (Heath Roberts), Max Kelley and Cole Kelley; and his siblings, Terry Schenkenberger and Gary Hartman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
