It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tanya Jo Hammon (Universal City, Texas), born in Normal, Illinois, who passed away on July 24, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Col. John Graham Thomsen and Joan Elizabeth Elmore; her husband Myles Daniel Hammon; her sons, Matt Hammon and Hayden Hammon; her daughter-in-law Rachel Hammon; and her grandson Myles Hammon.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Universal City TX Animal Shelter, Castleton Ranch Horse Rescue, or the Humane Society on her behalf.
