We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2019, at the age of 89, Shirley Janet Horn (Universal City, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Gustafson and Elsie Gustafson; her husband Jerry; and her children, Jerry, Ricky, Roger, Jeanette and Karen.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations in Shirley's memory be made to Deaf 316 Ministries or to The Gideons International.
