He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Estela Dacre and Teofilo Beatty; his siblings, Lily, Myrtle and Elwood Beatty; his son Carlos Beatty (Mercedes); his wife Jean; his sons, Rodolfo, Francisco (Sherry) and Mario; and his grandchildren, Danielle (Richard), Nicole, Carlos Jr., Sophia, Antonio, Maya and Alejandro.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Rudy's memory to a charity dear to his heart - Salesian Missions via their website www.salesian missions.org.
