She is survived by: her husband Sgt. Henry Albert Smith; her children, Curtistine Renee Adams, Rhonda Ann White, Michael Anthony Smith and Crystal Danielle Smith; and her brother Henry Arthur Meadows. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins and friends.
