She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Ford and Enna Ford; her former husband William Smith; her husband Leo Bartelson; her son Sheldon Smith; and her grandson Cole Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Glenn Smith, Bonnie Green (Ron) and Brian Smith (Carmen); her sister Colleen Clarke; her grandchildren, Ronald Green, Jr., Jennifer Green, Krystal Svangren, Hannah Smith, Amy Smith and Alan Smith; and her great grandchildren, Ariella Svangren, Caleb Svangren, Raylie Svangren, Ellie Svangren, Benjamin Svangren, Brinley Green, Navy Smith and Maze Smith.
