It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph W. Painter (Universal City, Texas), who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Becky; and his children, Monica Klempa, Jeffrey Painter and Ann Painter. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to either The Universal City Methodist Church "Border Ministry" or "Building Fund".
