It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eunice Elizabeth Stepan of Universal City, Texas, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Hartman and Maggie Lee Hartman (Christopher); her sister Joyce Smith; and her niece Sharon Raymond. She is survived by: her husband Roy Stepan of Universal City; her children, Pamela Cobb (Gary) of San Antonio and Randall Stepan of Converse; her granddaughters, Andrea Toledo (Lenin) of Selma, Heather Enochs (Joel) of Canyon Lake and Brandi Stepan of Devine; her great grandchildren, Olivia Toledo, Lillian Toledo, Evalynn Enochs and Khalie Cochran; and her brother Calvin Hartman.
