He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Bell and Willie Eleanor Allen Bell; and his wife MaryEllen Eckhoff Bell. He is survived by: his sister Betty Ann Lapatka of Parrotsville, Tennessee.; his stepchildren, Randal, Brenda and Melody; and his son Steven. He is also survived by four children.
